Nikos Studios is a small accommodation complex consisting of five studios and one apartment.  It lies right over the central golden-sandy beach of Lefkos! It’s so close to the sea that the smooth sound of waves will tenderly accompany you during your sleep every night!

Each studio is about 30 square meters and the apartment is about 35 square meters.
Studios are offered in the following layouts: Four of them are equipped with one double and one single bed and can accommodate up to three persons (four persons with the addition of an extra bed) and one is equipped with a double bed only.

The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms connected to each other, while both have access to a common balcony. The first room is equipped with one double bed and the second with two single ones.
We can also place a baby bed in any of the studios/ apartment upon request.

All studios and apartment have a private bathroom and are equipped with a kitchenette (stove, sink and refrigerator) with the necessary cutlery, pots and pans for the preparation of your meal or breakfast.

Every Studio/ Apartment has its own private balcony or terrace with magnificent, unobstructed view over the entire gulf of Lefkos! Additionally every studio has free internet access through a wireless network.

The proper insulation in the walls and the disposal of the openings provide an exceptionally fresh environment during the summer months, rendering the use of air conditioner rather unnecessary.

Our small hotel is Ideal for families and persons with motion disabilities due to its exceptional proximity to the beach. Furthermore, the central beach of Lefkos itself provides the safest environment for young children since it is always calm (Lefkos estuary is well protected from the winds) with very low waving and an easy slope of the sea bottom.

Our studios are cleaned daily and the towels and sheets are changed twice a week.
In a very short radius (less than 50 meters) you can find restaurants, mini markets, cafeterias, car-rental offices and any other facility you might need.

Our family lives at the small house with the vine-tree right next to Nikos- Studios and will be there daily to assist and accommodate you as well as provide for every need that you might have.
